{"id":22093,"date":"2026-10-01T16:28:19","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T14:28:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/?post_type=noticias&#038;p=22093"},"modified":"2026-10-01T16:33:11","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T14:33:11","slug":"seipasa-receives-funding-as-part-of-the-fertibiopest-project","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/en\/news\/seipasa-receives-funding-as-part-of-the-fertibiopest-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Seipasa receives IVACE support to develop the Fertibiopest project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seipasa, a company specializing in the development, formulation, and manufacturing of bioinsecticide, biofungicide, bioherbicide, biostimulant, and nutritional treatments for agriculture, has received a <strong>\u20ac42,148.37 grant from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ivace.es\/index.php\/es\/?view=default\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE)<\/a><\/strong> under the 2025 SME R&amp;D Projects program (PIDI-CV).<\/p>\n<p>This grant is co-funded by the European Union through the 2021\u20132027 ERDF Program of the Comunitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n<p>The financial contribution is allocated to research project IMIDTA\/2025\/27, titled &#8220;Development of botanical biopesticide tools with dual action\u2014fertilizing and crop protection\u2014to combat thrips, Mediterranean fruit flies, and nutritional deficiencies in key crops (Fertibiopest).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives of the Fertibiopest project <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The objective of this project is the <strong>research and development of formulations based on natural active substances (biopesticides) capable of providing dual functionality\u2014crop protection and fertilization\u2014by controlling pests and incorporating micronutrients directly into the formulation<\/strong>, enabling more sustainable and integrated crop management.
