{"id":4563,"date":"2018-06-13T09:43:02","date_gmt":"2018-06-13T07:43:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seipasa.com\/noticias\/seipasa-joins-phytoma-meeting-climate-change\/"},"modified":"2025-11-04T10:03:24","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T09:03:24","slug":"seipasa-joins-phytoma-meeting-climate-change","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/en\/news\/seipasa-joins-phytoma-meeting-climate-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Seipasa presents the experience and challenges in the registration of biopesticide solutions at global level"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seipasa, a company specialized in the formulation, development and marketing of botanical and microbiological-based solutions (biopesticides, biostimulants and fertilizers) for agriculture, participated in the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.phytoma.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Meeting organized by Phytoma<\/a> on plant health, European legal framework and climate change.<\/strong> The event, which served to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Phytoma, was held in Valencia on June 13-14, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Seipasa, which was among the main sponsors of the event, <strong>joined the scientific program with a technical presentation aimed at analyzing the current and future situation of the agrifood sector from the regulatory perspective.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Juan Manuel L\u00f3pez, CMO of Seipasa, claimed that the consequences of climate change on the environment and people&#8217;s health forced a complete rethinking of the agricultural production model. In this context, he stressed that <strong>the progressive reduction of active ingredients imposed by the European legislation is leading to the disappearance of some of the tools available to farmers<\/strong> for pest and disease control.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Seipasa&#8217;s experience in this context has been to anticipate the restrictions that European legislation has been introducing&#8221;, said L\u00f3pez, who added that &#8220;<strong>Seipasa has worked to put registered <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seipasa.com\/en_ES\/biopesticides\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biopesticide solutions<\/a> on the market which, while equally effective, are in line with the new regulatory framework <\/strong>in their implications for the environment and society&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The International Phytoma Meeting has brought together nearly 400 people with a comprehensive programme of presentations distributed in two main blocks: the legal framework that will govern plant health in the future, and the challenges of plant health in the face of climate change.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":5145,"template":"","class_list":["post-4563","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias\/4563","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/noticias"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/noticias"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/5145"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4563"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
