{"id":4627,"date":"2020-02-27T09:44:02","date_gmt":"2020-02-27T08:44:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seipasa.com\/noticias\/the-ivace-subsidises-seipasa-project-for-digitisation\/"},"modified":"2025-11-03T09:44:02","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T08:44:02","slug":"the-ivace-subsidises-seipasa-project-for-digitisation","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/seipasa.com\/en\/news\/the-ivace-subsidises-seipasa-project-for-digitisation\/","title":{"rendered":"The IVACE subsidises Seipasa\u2019s project for the digitisation of its internal communications system"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Valencia institute for Business Competitiveness <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivace.es\/index.php?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(IVACE)<\/a> has awarded Seipasa a subsidy for the digital transformation of its internal communications system. <strong>The goal of this project is to create an online environment that facilitates document management in the cloud and provides new formats for classifying information.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project includes the creation of a corporate intranet that will operate on three levels (organisation, department and employee) with the aim of facilitating access to information in a single environment.\u00a0It also envisages the generation of two new modules for the corporate extranet that will <strong>modernise and speed up communications between departments <\/strong>as well as improving traceability and monitoring of actions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This digital transformation project also involves the <strong>functional upgrading of ERP to adapt it to the order management and preparation system or picking system<\/strong>. The new features are related to optimising and improving the traceability of batches. In addition, a new section has been included in ERP development to adapt to Seipasa\u2019s needs resulting from the implementation of improvements in communications to third parties.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The project subsidised by the IVACE, forms part of the <strong>\u2018SME Digitisation Projects (Digitaliza-CV) programme and it receives financial support from the EU.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About the IVACE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Valencia Institute of Business Competitiveness, IVACE, is a public-law entity integrated in the public entities sector of the Generalitat Valenciana.
