Seipasa, the Spanish company specialised in the development and formulation of bioinsecticides, biofungicides and biostimulants for agriculture, has taken part in the development and production of T\u00edo Pepe’s<\/a> first organic must in a project led by Fitesa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Based on our Natural Technology model, Seipasa’s products have formed part of the treatments that Gonz\u00e1lez Byass <\/a>has applied in the development of its first organic must.<\/p>\n

Vi\u00f1a Dulce Nombre, a vineyard with organic agriculture certification, planted with the Palomino Fino variety and located in Pago de Carrascal, has been chosen for the production of this wine, which Gonz\u00e1lez Byass expects to launch in a few years\u2019 time.
\nAs the winery highlighted in a recent press release, the grapes harvested this season provide us with the first must for an organic solera sherry.<\/strong> This is an important milestone in the process that Gonz\u00e1lez Byass embarked upon in 2017, the year when the conversion process of Vi\u00f1a Dulce Nombre was started.<\/p>\n

This transformative project has been led by Fitesa<\/a>, which specialises in the distribution of phytosanitary products in the province of C\u00e1diz, and it has consisted of the application of Seipasa’s Natural Technology products under the G2FM<\/a><\/strong> (Global Farm Fitesa Management) protocol based on the company\u2019s extensive experience and knowledge of solutions free of chemical residues, obtaining exceptional results in the treatment of crops with certified organic products.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Dom\u00ednguez, Seipasa’s Sales Area Manager, expressed his satisfaction at the confidence that Gonz\u00e1lez Byass has placed in Seipasa.<\/p>\n

The first T\u00edo Pepe organic grape must was presented on 30th November, Saint Andrew’s Day, when, according to the famous popular Spanish saying “Para San Andr\u00e9s el mosto vino es”, (By Saint Andrew\u2019s Day, grape must is wine).
