Seipasa has resumed its production and logistics activities following the floods caused by the cut-off low, which hit the province of Valencia on 29 October.
The heavy rainfall ocurred that day left more than 200 litres per square metre in L'Alcúdia, the town where the industrial complex and the company's headquarters are located. The town was also affected by the flooding of the River Magro, which crossed the municipality.
Since the day after the floods, all Seipasa staff have been working tirelessly to resume production and restore normality.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the temporary interruption of operations. We also want to thank our customers, distributors and suppliers for their understanding in this exceptional situation.
The company would like to express its deepest gratitude to all our professional staff for their dedication and commitment in cleaning and adapting the facilities, without which it would not have been possible to get back on our feet.
Our sincere thanks also go to all the volunteers, local and national security forces, military and medical personnel who are working tirelessly to help those affected.
Our hearts go out to all those who have selflessly and supportively stopped by our facilities and helped us clear the water and mud.
We would like to reiterate our condolences to the people who have lost their loved ones due to the floods and convey a message of solidarity to all those affected by this natural disaster.
We are convinced that the unity, solidarity and resilience that have emerged in our society over the last 3 weeks will remain as fundamental values to guide the road to recovery.
