Fungisei® efficacy trial for the control of Powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator) on grapevines
Trial objectives
To demonstrate the fungicidal efficacy of Fungisei® on table grapes in controlling one of the most problematic diseases in this crop: Powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator).
Trial characteristics
Trial date and place: 2015, Peru.
Crop and variety: Table grapes.
Applications: 2 applications with an interval of 7 days between each.
Application volume: 800 L/ha.
Crop phase: Vegetative development.
Measurements
- % of leaf area affected (on a scale of 0–5)*.
- No. of evaluations: 5.
Main results
LESS % OF POWDERY MILDEW INFECTION. BETTER CONTROL OF THE DISEASE.
NO SYMPTOMS OF PLANT TOXICITY WERE FOUND WITH ANY OF THE TREATMENTS.
